DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.

2. Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

3. Always ensure that all the wheelchairs are in good condition and available at all times.

4. Assist and transport patient requiring wheelchair assistance.

5. Follow all safety and sanitation policies.

6. To provide transport service to the patients, visitors, or colleagues as and when needed.

7. Assist at A&E unit as and when needed as per requested by the A&E Unit Head or Nurse Manager.

8. To assist the nursing units as and when needed as per requested by the Nurse Manager.

9. To perform dispatch work as and when needed.

10. Any other task as per instructed by the HOD and management.

REQUIREMENT:

1. 18 years and above

2. Possess a valid vehicle license with good driving skills and a clean driving record with no traffic violations.

3. Physically and mentally fit.
