Omni View Consulting (M) Sdn Bhd is one of Malaysia’s established home-grown consulting firms. Since 2003, in line with our clients’ changing business views to embrace HR as a strategic partner in their business, Omni View Consulting expanded its suite of consulting services to include talent management and succession planning, competency model development, management and leadership development programmes.

In March 2007, Omni View became the first locally owned consulting company selected by Khazanah Nasional to conduct the Leadership Development Audit™ using Orange Book™ for Malaysian Government Linked Companies (GLCs).
