Job Description:

As the Finance Manager, you will hold a pivotal position within our company's leadership team, reporting directly to the Directors.

Your foremost duty will be to take charge of and streamline all financial aspects of our operations. This includes overseeing cash flow, crafting budgets, conducting forecasts, analyzing costs, and managing accounting processes.

Your strategic acumen will be instrumental in sculpting the financial roadmap of our organization, contributing to its sustained prosperity and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize cashflow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance efficiency.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports to support decision making.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to shape the organization's strategic direction and growth.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial management experience in the industry.
Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Proficiency in SQL Accounting software.
