HR and Admin Manager (based in Perak)

Responsible for overall planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the HRA function in a manufacturing plant including but not limited to foreign workers matters.

Job Responsibilities: -

Monitoring filing system and kept safely of HRA files.
Held regular meetings and discussion with team member on HRA issues and quarterly workers dialogue meeting.
Monitoring office maintenance and upkeep of office. Ensuring office cleanliness and tidiness.
Update and maintenance of payroll data.
Processing of payroll for Bagan Datuk staff.
To prepare, analyses and present HRA report during monthly meeting.
Liaise with Local Government when required to ensure full compliance to all HR related laws and regulations including compliance with Immigration laws and LHDN requirements.
Monitoring application and renewal of Company & Manufacturing Business Licenses & tenancy agreements.
Monitoring disciplinary and grievances of staff and take necessary actions required.
To prepare and propose the HRA budget to Management.
Developing, maintaining and updating HRA policies and procedures as needed.
Monitoring internal and external audit for HRA department i.e. KPI audit, costso audit, smeta audit, etc..
Monitoring foreign worker working permit renewal, KDN approval, immigration matters.
Supervise the hostel workers’ operations, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
To prepare annual appraisal for all staff. To deliver Letter of Contract/Confirmation/Increment to respective HOD as per yearly schedule.
To prepare and update departmental TNA analysis & On Job Training.
Organize yearly event and activities for Bagan Datuk staff.
To perform any other duties with efficiency and timely manner as assigned by the Management.
