JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Coordinating marketing campaigns & sales activities.
To monitor A&P budget and expenditure within approved budget.
To execute necessary marketing & sales activities as planned.
APDL application & renewal, Borang 7F submission.
Conduct market research
Handling social media & content marketing.
Keep track on company website info to be updated on timely manner and monitor all enquiry on daily basis
Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, sales kit, leaflets, banners, digital marketing, video & etc.
Organised event, roadshow
To attend and update of all walk-in/phone calls/enquiries and to follow up on timeline manner.
Able to multi task
Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies / Property Development or equivalent.
Proficient in MS Office
Min 3 years working experience in the property development industry is a MUST for this position.
Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English, Mandarin (written and spoken) is a must.
Confident, responsible, self-motivated, outgoing and responsive that able to communicate & present well with any level of people and work as a team.
Possess own transport
Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
