PERTABINA TECHNICAL SERVICES was incorporated on 8th March 1986 as a sole proprietor company by Dato` Abdul Bari bin Abdullah and was involved in Contracting Business with a Class `D` PKK licence. At that time the economy of the country was largely agricultural based and the construction sector was too competitive. In our early years, we were involved in the agricultural contracting activities and we gradually ventured into the construction sector as the industry grew.

With good performance and excellent track records, we were listed under the Credible Contractor Programme by the Prime Minister's Department in 1993. As we grew and strengthen our position, our PKK licence were also upgraded to Class `BX` in 1994 and Class `A` in 1998. On 23 February 1999, with our continuous aggressive growth saw the company being registered under Registrar of Company with the name changed to PERTABINA TECHNICAL SERVICES SDN BHD.

Since our incorporation, we have successfully completed many projects and we have vast experience in design, building construction, infrastructure works, refurbishment and maintenance works.
