Responsible for all general administrative duties.
Handling life & general insurance for new businesses opportunity as well as current renewal businesses.
Administrative work related to Life Insurance, General Insurance and Will & Trust.
Deal directly with customers and respond promptly to their inquiries (if needed)
Liaise with head office for all relevant queries.
Able to handle documentation and filing for all important data.
Make or attend phone calls and emails from relevant parties promptly
Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and distributing office mail, to help our office run smoothly
Update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily available
Adapt to the team needs and assist with other agents as needed
