**Responsibilities**:

- Present, promote and sell Computer and Computer Services (Repair, Maintenance & Upgrade) to existing and prospective customers
- Entertain customer on online platform, offline & walk-in based.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Conducting customer need analysis and presenting the customer with possible solutions.
- Determining the best products to meet the requirements of a customer
- Have IT technical knowledge about the products or services, their working and their pros and cons
- Sending technical specification or repair solution to potential buyers along with the sales quotes.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Update our sosial media with contents.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
