Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the sanitary wares and tap-fittings market segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including developers, architects, contractors, and other industry professionals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content to showcase our products and services.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and pricing strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to after-sales service.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and expand our network of contacts.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review and decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the sanitary wares or construction industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of sanitary wares and tap-fittings products, materials, and installation processes is a plus.
