Advance Synergy Berhad

Advance Synergy Berhad (‘ASB’) (1225-D) was incorporated in Malaysia on 5 June 1920 under the name of Batu Lintang Rubber Company Limited and was originally involved in the cultivation, processing and marketing of rubber and palm oil products.

It is a public limited company and its shares were listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 22 March 1961. It assumed its present name on 14 May 1992. The name change was followed by a shift of its activities from plantation based to that of investment holding.

The name change also saw the development of a new corporate image, the initiation of an expansion and diversification programme and a restructuring exercise to create a family of entrepreneurial companies. Today, ASB's operating subsidiaries and associates service business and consumer markets in a variety of industries.
