Key Responsibilities

Job Content:

1. Coordinate and plan the feasibility study for introducing new plantation infrastructure projects:

Clearly understand project requirements and expectations.
Define the initial operational framework for the new plantation infrastructure project.
Conduct feasibility studies on the plantation site for logistics and operations related to the new project.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for benchmarking processes.
Define the overall operational process, including manpower allocation, equipment requirements, and process efficiency.
Develop charts for project development and coordination of new operations.
Identify alternative approaches considering risks, costs, and project milestones.
Gather comprehensive data on practical alternatives.

2. Lead and plan pilot implementation of new plantation practices and technologies with the support of business partners:

Define project goals and objectives clearly to meet project requirements.
Provide project schedules/timelines to stakeholders for the new plantation project.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding technical matters.
Coordinate with vendors for testing, equipment procurement, and other necessary aspects within the project scope.
Conduct technical presentations with stakeholders.

3. Collaborate closely with the operations team during project implementation:

Ensure plantation activities during project implementation meet specifications, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
Facilitate effective communication between the planning and operations teams to achieve project objectives.
Review and adjust plans as needed in collaboration with the operations team.
Ensure overall operations comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Ensure proper project handover to the operations team within agreed timelines.

4. Support the Plantation Management in all new projects within the organization:

Serve as a liaison between the management and various departments within the plantation.
Provide necessary information within the scope upon request by management.
Take management suggestions seriously and implement recommendations to improve the development process of all projects.
Adhere to submission deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field; MBA preferred.
At least 5 years in a leadership role with business development responsibilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and financial data.
