Requirement - Have experience in shipping at least 3 years. Job Description '¢ Liaise with Marketing team on the booking request basing on the production schedule '¢ Liaise with forwarding agent & freight forwarder for the shipment arrangement '¢ Schedule shipments and liaise with warehouse for loading of containers '¢ Keep files of goods shipped and preparing reports for superior '¢ Trouble shoots shipping issues that arise and work to solve them '¢ Filing of shipment documents for audit and future reference purpose
