We are hiring a Senior HR Executive.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Handling recruitment process which includes screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Payroll Administration: Managing employee compensation and ensuring accurate and timely payment. Handling payroll (Justlogin system), Overtime, Commissions, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax and EA Form, pay slips and maintaining records.
Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues and providing guidance to the employer and employee to maintain a positive relationship.
Compensation and Benefits: Overseeing the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs and recommending adjustments following benchmarking.
Policy Development and Compliance: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintaining ISO procedures by ensuring all procedures complied.
Employee Engagement: Monitoring and acting on employee contracts and milestones such as probationary periods, confirmations, terminations, and resignations.
Training and Development: Designing and implementing the training programs for the employee.
Oversee compliance audits and manage performance appraisals based on the data you track annually as per company regulations.
Liaise with other departments such as finance and legal for HR related matters.
To handle disciplinary matters or any terms of the problem, responsible for observing performance or behavioral manners of the employees and pursue disciplinary actions that need to be taken and recommend improvement.
To check and monitor staff attendance to control staff’s lateness, absenteeism, and sick leave.
To handle all insurance matters and liaise with insurance brokers on claims and related matters.
To issue staff memos on any announcement or regulations as required by Management.
HR Administration: Handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR related reports, managing HR systems and software.
Budget Management: Monitor HR department’s budget and propose cost-effective solutions.
Consult HR Director on developing strategies, leadership, culture, structures, and employee motivation, on managing change and acquisitions and bringing innovative ideas and solutions.
HR Technology Optimization: Review and recommend more effective HR software solutions.
Manage HR contracts which include tenancy agreements.
Daily Operations Oversight: Oversee daily operations of the HR department, streamlining processes for efficiency.
Assist all IPS Entities with resource mobilization from Malaysia as and when required.
Assistance with IT infrastructure: Main liaison with IT consultants to address IT based issues.
Documentation & Administration: Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, disciplinary issues etc.)
Diversity, equity and inclusion: Ensure that all employees and customers are treated fairly and without discrimination.
Handling any relevant duties as and when required by the management.

Job Requirements:

A Degree in any field. Specialization in HR is desirable.
Fluent in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
Min 5 years of experience in HR functions.
Must have good knowledge of the Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
