Provide a range of comprehensive support to the management in a highly professional, discreet and professional manner;
Provide administrative support by managing, scheduling and making arrangements for appointments, meetings, and / or travel;
To assist with information/data collection for better decision-making and problem solving as assigned;
To work closely, with internal departments to follow-up with their progress, achieve greater operational efficiency and to facilitate effective communication;
To attend and prepare minutes of meeting as well as meeting with clients, business associates and to follow up closely with the necessary action.
Prepare, manage and follow up on application and renewal of company related matters;
Manage and organize documents, emails, and other materials, ensuring a systematic filing system;
Responsible for full administrative duties for office and HR department such as replenishment of office supply, stationery and any other office necessity;
Liaise with and be the point of contact for external vendors / service providers for any office and facilities related issues (cleaner, Air-con Maintenance, etc.)
To perform all tasks and duties required to support the overall goals of the Company.
