· Assist in day-to day operations of overall accounting and financial activities

· Able to handle full set of accounts

· Prepare payment voucher, invoices, debit note, credit note

· Familiar with SST reporting and ensure submission on timely manner

· Monitor monthly collection and update remittance report

· Maintain cash book & monthly fixed payment schedule

· Preparing of monthly budget

· Prepare monthly Management Reports / Month End Report

· Required to liaise with Bank, Auditors, Tax Agent and Company Secretary

· To liaise with outsource partner

· Proficiency in Autocount and/or UBS Accounting Software and Microsoft Office, have knowledge of others system is advantage.

· Ensure proper accounting records and procedures are adhered to

· Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior/management from time to time

· Able to work independently and proactive
