Responsibilities:

Performs account & administration duties.
Dealing with initial inquiries on behalf of the department including letters, postage, faxes and telephone calls.
To prepare day to day book keeping entries including cheques, payment voucher, official receipt, sales report and petty cash voucher.
To ensure proper filing of documentation.
Execute any task assign by Manager
Integrity, responsible and multi-tasking
Able to work under pressure occasionally to meet certain deadline
Able to work independently with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary or Graduate Diploma in any relevant field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Fluent and able to write in English. Fluent in Mandarin will be plus but not a must.
Required Skill (s): Microsoft office, Autocount Software & SQL or any work-related skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
