Full Job Description

**Responsibility**
- To check and inspect goods received are of accurate quantity, type and acceptable quality
- Ensure stock accuracy and keep Stock Card record and Inventory Record up-to-date
- Arrange and store goods at designated areas tidily with correct labeling
- To issue consumable items to production workers upon request follow first in first out rule
- To initiate Purchase Requisition Form to procurement department for replenishment of general items to ensure sufficient materials are kept in store
- Issue Transfer Form for internal goods transfer and Service Order for goods sending to external service provider
- Follow up with procurement department to ensure all purchased items deliver on time
- Coordinate with supplier and relevant service provider to ensure timely delivery
- File, compile and organize all paper work systematically
- Assist on any other ad hoc administrative support as needed
- Cooperate and implement 5S as instructed by 5S Committee
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the store
- Perform any task as instructed by superior

**Job Requirement**
- Ability to follow processes and procedure accurately
- Have efficient work ethic and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a valid driving license class D
- Computer literacy

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
