JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- To lead, guide and supervise the corporate secretarial team in the execution and handling of a full range of corporate secretarial services and matters.

- Handle potential clients enquiries & liase with clients on all matters related on submissions/documentations

- Liase with external parties eg other Secretarial Firms, Auditors, Tax Agents, Local Authorities etc

- Familiar with MyCoID and MBRS online submission

- Maintain statutory books, registers and Secretarial records.

- Other Projects or Assignments as directed by the superior

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate possess qualification recognised by SSM are preferred.

Candidates without qualification but with extensive training and experience will also be considered (For Executive).

Minimum 5 years company secretarial practice experience (3 years for Exec level)

Well versed with the Companies Act, 1965/2016 and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements

Proficient in speaking and writing English & Bahasa Malaysia

Able to communicate in Mandarin.

Able to work independently

Able to work under pressure

Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
