Being the founder of RWA – AIA Berhad, Robin Woh has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Over the years of hard work and dedications, he has achieved great reputation and respects industry. He was the Deputy President of NAMLIFA and as well as former President of AIAFAM. During the integration of AIA and ING in year of 2013, he played a crucial role in smooth transitioning.

Under his leadership, RWA is now one of the leading Life and Takaful insurance agencies in Malaysia. Its focus has always been growing professional life planners to become MDRT and Million Dollar Agency Leader. As for today, RWA has successfully nurtured 3 MDRTs in 2019.

By 2022 RWA members has the mission of achieving a 10,000,000 production with 20 MDRTs and 10 Million Dollar Agency leader. Robin believes that the way to increasing the quality of life’s of all policy holders, is through professional working ethics and background. Therefore RWA is heavily engaging potential life planners that come from the professional backgrounds such as, Lawyer, doctor, accountant and many more.
