To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
To handle two accounts system.
To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily cheque issuance, daily collection.
To submit management report as per dateline.
To assists superior as when required.
Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
Sound knowledge of accounting, taxation standards and relevant regulatory requirements
Ensure reconciliation of balances of inter-related company's accounts.
Monitor general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payable, and other records
Prepare budget reports/cash flow forecasting for projects/grants
Ensure timely completion of the audit and tax submission.
To prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and management reports.
To liaise with external auditors, tax agent and company secretary regarding audit, tax and statutory requirements.
To perform any other duties & responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.
