**CGPA**: Must be 3.20 & above (Degree)
Excellent in Technical / Maths.

Conduct all works related to your job function and as assigned by the management.
Required to draw and build floor plan and newly design floor plan.
Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project
Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts
Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures & etc
Responsible to draw a project design outward that fulfils company or client’s requirements while integrating the needs of marketing, sales and manufacturing capability
Work involves creating, designing, modelling and producing prototypes
Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
Shall conduct all works as assigned by the management which include woodworking, sales and marketing, admin work, and other general work as when is required.
Execute marketing plan as instructed by the management
Create brand awareness by building up good rapport within industry and involved in business networking activities.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff; carrying out specific projects and research;
Other task as instructed by the management.
