PLANET CAR SDN BHD is a licensed workshop, an approved repairer under PIAM APPROVED REPAIRER SCHEME (PARS). We are Insurance panel workshop, insured will send their accident vehicle for damage assessment and repair in order to claim compensation from the insurance company.

Qualifications & experience

Candidate must possess at least SPM/LCCI or fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and SQL Accounting Software
Strong verbal & oral communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia) and Mandarin is an advantage.
Able to work well in a team to meet deadlines and with minimum supervision

Tasks & responsibilities

Punctual, reliable and time management
Handling documentation, data entry & administrative support to the department/supervisor
Operation arrangement & communication with internal & external parties
Attend to incoming calls & WhatsApp; take messages, respond appropriately
Maintain filing documents for record keeping
To assist in handling of basic accounting work
To liaise with suppliers
To undertake ad hoc work as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.Able to complete tasks given with less supervision
