Closing of holding’s management account.
Responsible and manage day to day finance operations for holding company.
Prepare quarterly and year-end consolidation of financial reporting.
Monitor and manage money market funds and FOREX. To optimize interest income of company.
Assist in drafting audited report the company level.
Prepare tax computation and tax filing.
Prepare deferred taxation and income tax reconciliation
Prepare cash flow projection (12 months) on monthly basis.
Prepare board paper in quarterly basis.
To ensure compliance of SOPP- General Account Policies (GAP), Companies Act, Income Tax Act and GST Act.
Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.

Additional Requirements

Possess Bachelor of Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.
Minimum 1 years in auditing and at least 2 years professional working experience in accounting field professional working experience in accounting activities.
Knowledge, skill and ability through completion of accounting development courses at post-secondary institutions and several years of hands on experience in all accounting activities.
Have own transportation and willing to work in Sri Damansara, KL.
