Technical Support Engineer Role

We are looking for a motivated, energetic and skillful Technical Support Engineer who has the ability to create solutions that offer the best client experience. If you’re naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with computer issues and are able to explain technical details easily, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will be the primary trusted person of our customers to resolve their technical issues.

Job Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is initial customer contact, logging a support case & resolving technical issues and responsible for SLA compliance;

i) Monitoring of computer networks and systems.

ii) Logging customers and employees support tickets.

iii) Responding to call-outs on time.

iv) Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

v) Reviewing logs to discover any underlying problems or trends.

Responsible for assisting Tier I personnel in solving basic technical problems and for investigating elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem and seeking for known solutions related to these more complex issues.
Designing and developing one or more courses of action and implement the best solution to the problem.
Elevating customer experience by presenting fast and permanent solutions.
In-depth low-level technical support service desk.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or similar certification is a plus.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Deployment and Troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 and Window Operating Environment, Mac OS, Adobe Cloud licensing deployment, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure will be a big plus.
