Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM leaver.
Required language(s): Mandarin or English (Spoken) with minimum RM2800 Basic Salary
Must be of Malaysian nationality.
️ Training provided - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
Each shift consists of 9 working hours and includes of 1-hour lunch for rest.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.

Job Qualifications:

️ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
️ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
