I want to resign my current job. I had printed out my resignation letter and submit to boss. My boss know but he doesn't take the letter. He said want to talk to me first. But when I ask when can discuss, he not answer my questions but switch to other topics. My new job going to start 3 months later. Just received letter, not yet sign. Current job require 3 months notice. Can the boss not accept worker resign? What can I do? Please share what to do if you have experience before. Thank you
