- Coordinate new hire orientation sessions, working closely with different teams to ensure new employees have a smooth, informative, and welcoming transition into the company.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate various recruitment events such as job fairs, campus recruitment activities, and virtual hiring events. This includes liaising with event organizers, preparing promotional materials, setting up event booths, and facilitating follow-up activities.
