Provide high standard of support to Banking Operations Team for cash management operations, settlements and reconciliations Facilitate transaction processing for all banking products (SWIFT / MEPS+, ACH, Deposits, Loans and Cards) Ensure that all transactional or operational problems are managed and resolved effectively within agreed service levels Participate in testing and support implementation of systems and process enhancements to improve efficiency Adhere to processing key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) and be compliant with operational controls and external regulations Support other products within Operations where required Requirements:

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in banking Operations Working knowledge of domestic payment systems including SWIFT / MEPS+ Strong knowledge and experience in Card Operations Analytical with good verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) ...
