Overview:
The Administration Officer is responsible to provide quality customer service to stakeholders, administration support to staff.
Job Duties:
Dealing with enquiries from students and the general public via telephone, voicemail, fax, email and in person in a timely and professional manner
Providing appropriate responses, services or referrals and reporting of enquiries to relevant staff where appropriate
Provide accurate information and assistance to all stakeholders
Assist with the processing of correspondence in a timely manner as required
Contribute to the most effective and efficient management of resources by maintaining appropriate manual and computerised records and data bases i.e. electronic filing system
Maintain stationery supplies and office inventory including ordering and reconciliation of accounts
Manage freight, courier deliveries and reconciliation of accounts for these activities
Collection and postage of mail
Manage season parking for staff and reconciliation of accounts for these activities
Organise office events and catering for office functions and meetings as required
Be responsible for staff amenities i.e. Board Room, Pantry etc.
Provide word processing and data entry support
Assist with processing all student receipts
Other General Duties as required
Job Requirements:
With Diploma in Business Administration / relevant discipline
With relevant customer service experience is added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
