Manage emails, phone calls (distribution/scanning/copying) and others correspondence (technical documents/drawings/approval letters) related to the project
Set-up and maintain filing system for incoming / outgoing letters / documents
Assists and support in others ad-hoc assignment as and when required
3. Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing tender documents such as requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and invitations to tender (ITTs). This includes ensuring that all necessary information is included and that the documents comply with company and legal requirements.
4. To build and manage long term relationships and partnership with key target clients.
5. To follow up on project and be the middle person of contact between developers, company, subcons and agents.
