Manage raw and packaging material stock availability for the preparation of food lab scale prototype.
Maintain food lab equipment and analytical instruments, organizing preventive and corrective maintenance with the appropriate vendors. Request quotations and organize payments to vendors following Kellogg procedures.
Coordinate and manage logistics of food samples to external testing laboratories.
The candidate will be part of a dynamic teaching team providing technical and laboratory support in PIDC. He /She is to carry out the day-to-day running of laboratories and to ensure that equipment is functioning properly and is ready to use, and that the right materials are available for particular practical session for Foundation in Science.
Conduct laboratory investigation on any out of specification for microbiological testing and environmental monitoring results, working with process owner to identify root cause and appropriate corrective/preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
Ensure validation is performed for equipment and testing method.
Support the aseptic process and sterilization validation activities as applicable.
