As our HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in the HR functions within the organisation. We are looking for a passionate individual to foster a strong Culture that aligns with our Core Values, and also to improve our employee experience at all employee life cycles.
This role will manage the full spectrum of HR, not limited to; HR Support, HR Admin, Benefits Administration, employee relations, recruitment, compliance and other relevant functions.
Assist in the formulation and review of internal HR policies and manage the successful implementation with system support, etc upon approval by Management;
Work with the relevant bodies to ensure alignment of HR policies and practices with Whole-of-Government guidelines, and/or contextualise them for internal implementation;

Preparing necessary HR documents for hiring, disciplinary handling, exiting, job increment and promotion and misc. letter when staffs requested for ICA, MOE, MOM;
Planning, preparing, coordinating and administering of employees’ training program and journey;
