As the sales assistant you will support Sales team in client service with ability to engage both externally with the desk's clients and internally with various stakeholders (GCB, Operations, Traders etc)

Job Responsibilities

Sending market update summaries on behalf of the desk, and responding to macro-economic market research queries from clients
Responding on client queries and owning tasks related to pre-trade (kyc requirement, documentation and information for onboarding etc) and post trade operations (settlement , confirmations, valuation/audit reports) etc
Assist Sales team in trade bookings across clients and products; preparing trade termsheets; preparing marketing material / presentations
Sending trade recaps / termsheets to client post booking
Manage internal EOD PNL, position blotters and prepare management reports
Create periodic analytics for the desk to assess client activity
Work closely with various internal parties (i.e. Sales, Trading, Business Managers, Operation, IT, Risk, Client Services, Compliance, Legal etc.) in resolving any client or internal issues, and supporting Sales on any internal project / product streams

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Bachelor's degree required
1+ years' relevant industry experience required
Entrepreneurial drive with strong analytical and quantitative skills
Demonstrable proficiency with market and product lingo. Understands transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented.
Ability to communicate concepts and ideas, both verbally and via documentation, and be able to defend their validity and target messages to different audiences; internal partners and clients
Ability to interact comfortably with business clients and management
Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
