To assist in preparing documentation for various requirements and write-out for Adjudication Applications as and when required directed by the Contracts Manager. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent
3 - 5 years of working experiences in M&E Quantity surveying Experience in handling large-scale construction projects will be advantageous Knowledge and application of SOP Act, PSSCOC and SIACOC will be advantageous
4.Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and monthly breakdowns for project budgets.
5.Generate bills of quantities, measurement sheets, Interim Payment Applications (IPA), and Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) on a monthly basis for projects.
6.Develop monthly cash flow forecasts for projects utilizing the company's designated online systems.
