Inform Customs about vessel arrivals and departures and report onboard cargoes. Ensure ship documentation complies with international and local regulations before Customs inspection. Prepare and submit Pre-Arrival Notification of Security declarations.
Organize and manage personnel travel and transport. Coordinate supply and delivery of ship spares, stores, contractor services, certificates, provisions, fresh water, waste removal, and crew salary distribution. Manage bunkering operations for vessels.
