About the role
SURIA HARAPAN (SARAWAK) SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office administration, maintaining records, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office activities.
Job Responsibilities
Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Prepare, organize, and maintain company records and documentation.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate office supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars.
Assist in receiving, sorting, and distributing documents and correspondence.
Maintain accurate records in databases and company systems.
Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
What we're looking for
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
