Role Description

We are looking for a Production Assistant to support our team. The responsibilities and requirements are listed as below.

Role Responsibilities

· Assist in managing daily production, logistics, and operational activities effectively to meet company targets.

· Process customer orders and ensure timely preparation, packing, and shipment of products according to company requirements.

• Coordinate with courier partners and follow up on shipment status, delivery issues, and other logistics-related matters.

· Prepare, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of operational documents, inventory records, sales reports, and system data entries, while supporting inventory control activities and periodic management reporting.

· Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures, while supporting workplace cleanliness, housekeeping, and organization activities.

· Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by management or immediate supervisor.

Role Requirements

· Minimum SPM qualification or higher;

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

· Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision;

· Attention to detail and maintain accuracy in account administrative tasks;

· Responsible, organized, and detail oriented;

· Positive work attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow;

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice;

· Interest in health, wellness, and lifestyle products is a plus.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
