ABOUT THE ROLE
Reserve Daily is a fast-growing luxury wellness and regenerative medicine brand. We're hiring a sharp, hands-on Operations & Administration Executive to be the operational backbone of the business — someone who can run accounts, manage the office, handle outreach, support HR, and keep everything moving without being told twice.

You will be trained on SQL Accounting software. Prior accounting experience is helpful but not required — we care more about attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Operations & Administration
- Serve as the first point of contact for calls and emails — professional and responsive at all times
- Manage courier logistics, office supplies, vendor coordination, and day-to-day office upkeep
- Maintain organised records including business licences, insurance policies, and vendor/customer agreements
- Handle occasional errands such as bank visits and document submissions
Accounts Support
- Record daily transactions and assist with bookkeeping in SQL Accounting (training provided)
- Process supplier bills, invoices, purchase orders, and payment tracking
- Assist with bank reconciliations and payment gateway records (e.g. Fiuu)
- Support e-invoice compliance under LHDN/MyInvois regulations
Outreach & Sales Support
- Conduct prospect outreach via WhatsApp and phone — qualify leads, book appointments, and follow up consistently
- Assist the sales team with quotations, delivery orders, and invoicing documentation
- Liaise with logistics partners and international suppliers on deliveries and procurement
HR & People Administration
- Track attendance, manage leave records, and process staff claims
- Assist with commission calculations and payroll preparation
- Support general HR filing and document management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of experience in any admin, operations, or accounts-related role
- Confident and clear communicator — comfortable on the phone and WhatsApp, with strong follow-through
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail; you spot errors before they become problems
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and manage your own workload independently
- Willing to learn SQL Accounting software — we will train you
- Honest, reliable, and accountable; someone the team can depend on
- Malaysian citizen or PR; based in or able to commute to KL city centre

- Experience with SQL Accounting, e-invoicing (MyInvois/LHDN), or payment gateways
- Background in wellness, healthcare, or e-commerce
