We are looking for a Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience in data analytics, ETL development, and business intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, developing Tableau dashboards, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and integration from multiple data sources.
• Develop and enhance interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Optimize SQL queries and ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including solution design, UAT, documentation, and production deployment.
• Manage multiple priorities while driving continuous improvement in reporting and analytics processes.
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Development, Analytics Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development and data visualization.
• Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL and/or MySQL).
• Experience with ETL and data preparation tools such as Informatica, Dataiku, Alteryx, or Tableau Prep.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, data transformation, and data integration concepts.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and managing analytics projects end-to-end.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  
  

• Python programming and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Exposure to cloud-based analytics environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics and reporting initiatives.
