Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in a HR role
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, and relevant Malaysian HR legislation
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR systems is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Brief

AK Green Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Executive to support and manage our day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR practices, a good understanding of Malaysian labour law, and the ability to work in a dynamic, environmentally-focused organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Administer payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and other relevant legislation
  • Support performance management processes including probation reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement plans
  • Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary proceedings, grievances, and counselling sessions
  • Coordinate training and development programmes to support staff upskilling and career growth
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions
  • Liaise with government bodies and external agencies when required
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
