Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud or technical engineering roles
- Strong experience in delivering cloud-based solutions and technical support
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Sangfor, Azure Local, S2D or VMWare is preferred)
- Experience in Veeam Backup and Replicatio or Sangfor Backup, ADR
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of system operations and service reliability
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in mentoring or guiding junior engineers is an advantage
- Continuous learning mindset with focus on certifications and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- In charge of Support Operations and maintaining good rapport with the customers.
- Ensure all SLA are met effectively giving good customer experience.
- Ensure Preventive Maintenance are carried out according to schedule for all customers.
- Monitor and resolve issues with customer systems
- Maintain a 90% customer satisfaction rating
- Guide and coach technical team members to achieve objectives
- Participate in internal projects for next generation solutions
- Undergo constant learning and certifications to ensure that you are updated with latest knowledge in technology and well-equipped to carry out tasks and projects assigned
- Assist delivery team when needed
