Gallitos is a growing food manufacturing and snack brand specializing in premium popcorn products. We are looking for a passionate, energetic and results-driven Sales & Event Executive to drive brand visibility, event sales and business growth through roadshows, exhibitions, corporate events and strategic partnerships.
Position Summary
The Sales & Event Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing events while achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a hands-on individual who enjoys interacting with customers, managing event operations and building strong relationships with partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
* Plan, organize and execute roadshows, exhibitions, carnivals, corporate events and promotional activities.
* Coordinate event logistics including venue bookings, setup requirements, manpower and inventory.
* Ensure smooth event operations from preparation to post-event reporting.
* Manage event budgets and monitor event profitability.
Sales & Business Development
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Identify and secure new event opportunities, retail activations and corporate partnerships.
* Develop and maintain relationships with event organizers, shopping malls, corporate clients and distributors.
* Follow up on sales leads and convert opportunities into revenue.
Team & Operations Management
* Coordinate and supervise promoters, part-timers and event crews.
* Ensure proper product display, merchandising and brand presentation.
* Manage stock allocation and inventory for events.
* Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.
Reporting & Analysis
* Prepare sales and event performance reports.
* Track event ROI, customer engagement and sales conversion.
* Provide recommendations for future event improvements and growth opportunities.
Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management or related fields.
* Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, events, retail activation or business development.
* Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Willing to travel and work during weekends or public holidays when required.
* Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualities
* Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, retail or consumer brands.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
* Results-oriented with a strong sales mindset.

Salary Range
RM2,500 – RM5,000 per month
(Basic salary + allowances + performance incentives)
