WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
(Loges Fresh Point Mart)

We are expanding and looking for a dedicated Account Executive to join our team!

Location: Seremban Jaya
Position: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL & bank reconciliation)
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and relevant authorities
• Manage SST and tax-related matters (if applicable)
• Handle inventory system (stock in/out, monitoring, reconciliation)
• Prepare stock reports and costing
• Handle inventory system, including:

-Key in stock in/out data

-Monitor stock movement

-Ensure system records match physical stock

• Work closely with outlet team to ensure accurate sales & stock records
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail accounting
• Able to handle full set accounts independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & accounting systems
• Detail-oriented, responsible & trustworthy

Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000 (based on experience)
Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, Allowance, Bonus (if applicable)
