We are an industrial welding distributor (machines, consumables & repair services) expanding our online business.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive individual to generate online leads through digital marketing, respond to customer inquiries, and support the sales process.

This role supports online sales growth in an industrial business.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from the customers and provide details about the product's knowledge in order to generate sales
• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers to promote products and follow up on leads
• Create graphics & copywriting for social media marketing
• Assist in developing, planning and implementing all digital / marketing activities towards achieving the company's goals and sales target
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities and administration tasks
• Support the sales team in daily operations
• Create lead from on-line marketing and attend customer enquiries
• Assist superior in developing marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans
• To perform other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & etc.
• Able to use Canva, CapCut or basic editing software.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office & Adobe)
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, Negotiation skills/ Public Relations, Social Media Marketing/Strategy, telemarketing or telesales will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Self-motivated, independent and possess initiative

Preferred Advantage:

• Experience in digital marketing or social media management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or SEO is a bonus.
• Photography / video editing skills are an added advantage.
• Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
