Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and responsible Chargeman BO to oversee and maintain the electrical systems and facilities site property management in Bayan Lepas. The role is responsible for ensuring all electrical installations are safe, compliant with regulations, and functioning efficiently to support daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain all electrical systems, including low voltage (LV) installations.
• Ensure compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations and safety standards at all times.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
• Attend to electrical faults, breakdowns, and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance, inspections, and system performance.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and relevant authorities for electrical-related works.
• Ensure all electrical works are carried out safely and in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Support building management in overall facility maintenance operations.

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Chargeman BO certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in electrical maintenance or facility management.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and compliance standards.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or on-call when required.
• Good attitude, responsible, and strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
