Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize all project files, records, and site documentation.
• Record and monitor attendance of employees, subcontractors, and visitors on site.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports as required by management.
• Assist in preparing correspondence, memos, forms, and other administrative documents.
• Maintain records of materials, equipment, and project assets.
• Coordinate site meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and project-related claims.
• Ensure all project records are properly filed and easily accessible.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
• Support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Monitor and update employee timesheets and attendance records for payroll purposes.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/High School Certificate; Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in site administration or clerical support, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
