KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QC Inspector (IQC/IPQC/QA buy-off/OQC)

• Perform in-process inspection on plastic injection parts according to quality standards
• Conduct first article inspection and patrol checks during production
• Monitor machine parameters and ensure compliance with approved settings
• Identify defects (e.g. short shot, flash, burn mark, warpage, sink mark) and report immediately
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation
• Work closely with Production team to resolve quality issues
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented and followed
• Approve or reject products based on quality requirements
• Ensure proper handling and segregation of non-conforming products
• Follow company quality procedures and ISO standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Quality Control, Manufacturing, or related field
• 2 years an above experience in QC/IPQC (plastic injection preferred)
• Knowledge of basic quality inspection tools (vernier caliper, measurement tools)
• Understanding of plastic injection defects and processes
• Basic knowledge of quality standards and documentation
• Good attention to detail and observation skills
• Able to work in shifts if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
