Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible to carry out Inspection report and publish in server system.
2. Lead root course analysis and implement effective correction and preventive action (CAPA) for customer complaint and non-conformance.
3. Schedule meeting with customer to review and closed non-conformance.
4. Analysis customer quality data and trends to identify area for improvement.
5. Support internal and external audits, including preparation and follow-up activities.
6. Collaborate with all departments etc, Engineering, Planning, Supplier chain, Manufacturing to ensure product and process compliance with customer requirements.
7. Drive the continues improvement activities to enhance product quality and customer experience.
8. Experience in First Article Inspection (FAI) and it’s associated with check list and process control document.
9. Responsible for the Key Performance Index (KPI) for incoming / outgoing and customer complaint.
10. Provide training and guidance to the team on quality standards, procedures and best practices
11. Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
12. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
JOB EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Diploma or equivalent in electronic and electrical engineering.
2. Minimum 2 years of progressive experience as a QA in semiconductor Industries.
3. Able to interpret technical, GD&T and welding drawings
4. Knowledge in QC Tools, QC equipment and CCM
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
