Key Responsibilities:-
1. Production Planning & Coordination
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to develop production plans and schedules based on demand forecasts, available resources, and production capacity.
- Develop and implement daily and weekly production schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Preparing and executing daily and weekly production schedules i.e. OT planning
2. Production Monitoring & Reporting
- Provides manufacturing information to management by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analysing production performance records and data.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, wastage, downtime, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports for management review.
3. Process Documentation & Compliance
- Document all production procedures and processes to ensure standardization and traceability.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO standards, safety regulations).
- Participate in audits and inspections as required.
4. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead and supervise line leaders and production operators to ensure smooth operations and team discipline.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to subordinates.
- Evaluate team performance and support staff development.
5. Quality & Safety Compliance
- Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards and safety protocols.
- Participate in safety briefings and enforce usage of PPE and safe work practices.
- Assist in identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions.
6. Continuous Improvement & Waste Reduction
- Identify root causes of inefficiencies and wastage; recommend and implement process improvements.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S.
7. Material & Inventory Coordination
- Monitor material usage and ensure availability of raw materials as per the production schedule.
- Work closely with the warehouse and procurement team for stock control and cost reduction.
What We’re Looking For:-
- Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a production supervisory or executive role.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage a multi-cultural workforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to work independently, handle stress, and respond to urgent matters promptly.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
