• Supervise workers in the seafood processing, cold-rooms and freezing area
• Make sure production runs smoothly and on schedule
• Check product quality and hygiene standards
• Ensure workers follow safety and cleanliness rules
• Monitor freezing, packing, and storage processes
• Train new workers and guide team members
• Report production issues to management
• Keep records of daily production and staff attendance
